1. Properties
DY-J8833 ADGESIVE for ELEVATOR CAGES, a modified acrylate AB glue, is characterized with high strength, high performance and impact resistance. It has the following advantages: High lap shear and peel strength; Excellent thixotropic property; Not easy to flow; Easy to use.
2. Applications
DY-J8833 ADGESIVE for ELEVATOR CAGES is not only suitable for elevator cages and other stainless steel with reinforcing ribs, but also for bonding metal, plastics and rubber.
3. Directions
  • Clean the contaminants like water, dusts, oil etc. on the surface of the substrate and keep it clean, dry and smooth.
  • Mix components A and B at the ratio of 1:1 in weight and apply the mixture onto the substrate to be bonded.
  • Press and rotate the substrates while bonding.
  • Initial curing in 5-10 minutes. It takes one hour and 24 hours to reach its use strength and maximum strength respectively.
  • DO NOT mix a great amount of adhesive at one time.
4. Storage & Warnings
Storage:
  • Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places。
  • Store the adhesive at room temperature.
  • Keep away from any source of ignition.
Warnings:
  • The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
